This summer a New Jersey tradition continued: the Big Joe Jersey Talent Show, hosted by NJ 101.5's very own Big Joe Henry, on the beach at Jenkinson's in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. The Big Joe Jersey Talent Show finds amazing talent before they move on to the national stage. It's a great starting point for so many young artists looking to be discovered.

This year the competition was bigger and better than ever, with the grand prize winner taking home a cash prize, a new Hallet, Davis & Co. piano, and a brand new 2012 Honda Civic LX from Open Road Honda.

The finals, held on September 2nd, came down to nine incredible acts that each sang or danced their hearts out, but it was 11 year-old Paige Sidwa of Forked River that took home the grand prize honors. Paige's incredible rendition of Con Te Partiro "Time to Say Goodbye" in both Italian and English, made it a truly magical evening.

Several members of Open Road Auto Group were at the finals on Sunday night to present the keys to the grand prize winner. "The Big Joe Talent Show did a great job, I look out and see all of the families here, it's all about family, and that's what Open Road Honda was built on. We really enjoyed sponsoring this event and the grand prize, truly is a grand prize. On behalf of Open Road Honda and the Open Road Auto Group, congratulations Paige," shared the General Manager of Open Road Honda as he handed Paige the keys to her brand new 2012 Honda Civic from Open Road Honda.

Ava Rose Dressendofer of Roselle Park came in second place, and Talyor Frizziola of Jackson finished in third. "There's no doubt in my mind that ALL the finalists from this year's competition will go on to do great things, they should all be proud of their hard work in this year's talent show! " shared Big Joe Henry, the NJ 101.5 radio personality and host of the Big Joe Jersey Talent Show.
