Mini of Edison Ground Breaking

Open Road Mini of Edison celebrated a ground-breaking ceremony at the future site of its facility at 300 Route 1, Edison.

The 23,746-square-foot state-of-the-art facility features a two-story show room and full-service shop. Mayor Thomas Lankey of Edison and members of the Mini corporate team attended.

Open Road Automotive Group's CEO W. Rodman Ryan hired REDCOM Design & Construction for complete architectural design and engineering, as well as construction of the new facility. REDCOM's Designer and Project Manager Magdalena Krejza and Rick Rinaldi respectively worked closely with Ryan to ensure the building received all township approvals and deadlines.

Open Road Automotive Group operates 16 dealerships on the East Coast. They were named among the Top 150 Dealership Groups for 2016 by Automotive News.

Site work has begun at the location and construction is expected to begin next week and conclude by December.
