Michael began his career at Open Road in August of 1999 at Open Road Honda as a sales associate. He became a sales manager in 2000 at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick. In January of 2001 Michael became the General Manager for Open Road Acura of Wayne, a new acquisition then for Open Road Auto Group. In his time as GM, Mike led the dealership to #3 in the Nation in new vehicle sales delivering over 1,500 new Acura's in 2003. The dealership was awarded the Precision Team Dealership of Distinction Award in both 2002 and 2003 under Michael's direction. In December 2003, Michael became our company's first Vice President of Operations. His dealerships included Open Road Honda, Mazda Acura of East Brunswick and Acura of Wayne. After completing the facility upgrade project at Open Road Honda in June of 2005, Michael led the dealership to the first ever #1 in the Nation in sales. Since then, Open Road Honda has claimed this distinct honor over seven times, and finished 2009 ranking #2 in the Nation for YTD new Honda sales. In 2006 he opened Open Road Nissan of Morristown and most recently in June of 2009 Open Road Mazda of Morristown. In 2008 Michael was nominated to the Mazda National Dealer Advisory Council and in 2009 he was named National Chairman of the Council. |

Before becoming a certified public accountant, Marty earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting in 1974 from Baruch College of the City University of New York, New York City. Marty worked for several large New York CPA firms in the 1970’s eventually moving to New Jersey to work for Mironov.
He met Rod Ryan in 1982 and joined his company as an outside consultant. Serving the company through his private practice, Automotive Consultants, he moved into the Controller position. In 2004, Marty gave up his private practice to join the Open Road Auto Group as their full time Chief Financial Officer.

Robert Forcini, a graduate of Rutgers University, took an interest in auto retail sales immediately following his college education. A consistent top performer throughout his sales career, Robert quickly began his climb up the corporate ladder. He was promoted to Sales Manager of the largest and most profitable BMW store of the group, and shortly thereafter excelled to become General Manager. During this time, Open Road BMW of Edison was winner of the 2003 Center of Excellence Award which is presented each year to those who have achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction of all BMW centers. Under his direction as Center Operator, this location continuously remained on top as one of the biggest volume producing BMW retailers in the region, and its stand alone Certified Pre-Owned BMW showroom was the #1 Certified Pre-Owned sales volume store in the country. Mr. Forcini now serves as Senior Vice President. Robert has been with Ryan Automotive, LLC for twenty-six years and continues to add great success to the organization. |

Neil began his career with the Open Road Auto Group in 1993 as a salesperson for Open Road Honda. He completed high school in London, England and earned his bachelor's degree in Business at The University of Houston, Texas in 1988. He has always loved cars and has made his passion a career. During his career at Open Road, Neil has been a General Manager at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick and Denville BMW (now Roxbury BMW). As a General Manager, Neil and his teams have won numerous awards including prestigious Precision Team award from Acura three times. More recently he has overseen operations as a Vice President at Acura, Mazda , Mercedes-Benz and Nissan. |

Andrew Paul graduated from the University of Hartford with a degree in Business Administration in 1991. He began his career in the automotive industry as a salesman in 1997. In 2003, Andrew started working with Open Road as a Sales Manager at BMW of Edison. He was promoted quickly to General Sales Manager, and continued to exceed sales and customer satisfaction records in every store he worked at. Andrew has been the General Manager of BMW of Denville, Audi of Manhattan, BMW of Roxbury and currently serves as Vice President. While working with the company, Andrew has won numerous awards for his overall excellence in the automotive industry. |

Steve began his career with Open Road in 1999 at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick
as a Sales Consultant. In 2001, Open Road acquired Acura of Wayne and Steve was
promoted to Sales Manager. Under strong leadership, Open Road Acura of Wayne
proudly won several awards for both volume and customer service. In 2004, Steve was
promoted to General Manager of Open Road Acura of Wayne and continued to lead
the Zone in sales and customer service. In 2009, Steve was transferred to Open Road
Honda of Edison, where he led his team to the #1 position in the Northeast Zone and #2
in the Nation in New Car sales for two consecutive years. |
